Since graduating in 2007 from Stewart Cosmetolog...y School, she has developed a strong passion for owning and managing her own salon. That passion took shape beginning with her own in-home salon in 2011. Shortly after, she graduated from South East Tech in 2012, earning her Associate's Degree in Business Administration with an additional focus on Marketing. While the Salon is focused on giving each guest their very best look along with the perfect salon experience, Kahli is also very passionate about helping other business owners foster and grow their own artistic and cosmetic talents. This is why she likes having a space, a hub you could you say, for other business owners to do exactly that. She believes the salon and tattoo artistry industry is the perfect opportunity to create a space in which the community can stop in to sculpt their own unique physical appearance. This in turn improves not only the community's self-esteem, but their confidence as well.

Inside Bryant Salon, you'll find hardworking, warm and welcoming employees and renters. Most employees switch to rental, which is the upstairs portion (loft) of the salon. Some have gone on to open up large salons as they have outgrown the space, which is what brings Kahli a great sense of pride. In order to help grow both her renters and employees, You will find in her salon quarterly reviews meant to build them up and show them ways to become more successful. This is done by setting goals, running performance numbers and generating metrics reports pulled from both the point of sale and booking systems. Prior employment for her was as an instructor at a cosmetology school, so she has unique experience suited to managing and coaching other employees in both a positive and professional manner. Coaching and inspiring the entrepreneur is a part of what the space is about, and that space, is The Hub.

Kahli grew up in Spearfish SD. Her parents were business owners and had rentals. She enjoys spending her free time with her two daughters who are 12 and 7. They have a Frenchton, Thor, who goes on many adventures with them. You can find them camping in their camper, fishing, kayaking, and hiking when the SD weather allows.

Joslyn started at Bryant Salon as the salon's receptionist while she was attending Stewart's School in Sioux Falls. She Graduated from Stewarts School in December of 2023. Following graduation, she started as a stylist at Bryant Salon.

She is a dog mom to her baby, Luna! (She is always open to talk about dogs during your appointment) she loves all things hair, her passion and talent lies within Tape-In Extensions blonding, and color services. She ...is constantly expanding her education to not only be better for herself, but for all of you beautiful clients!

When she is not in the salon, she is enjoying thrifting, collecting records, and driving fast cars! You can also find her in the dance studio with the youth she coaches at Champion Legacy, here in Sioux Falls. She also dances competitively, on an open Hip Hop team at the same studio. She loves it!

Elizabeth was born and raised in Sioux Falls. Se habla Espanol. After spending a few years traveling, she moved back home and met her husband Cody. They fell in love and married in May of 2021. She attended cosmetology school at Stewart's and graduated in 2022. She enjoys all blonding and color services on all hair textures, men's and women's cuts. She is also a professional trained makeup artist and her passion also lies here. When shes not in t...he salon you can find her reading, coloring, walking, and spending time with family and friends.

Texas born, Iowa raised hairstylist with over a decade experience behind the chair. Specializing in haircuts of all lengths and hair colors that are soft and natural, lived in or freshly revived. Introducing Kylee, a proud Sioux Falls native who is thrilled to bring her talents to Bryant Salon & Spa. Kylee's journey in the world of hairdressing began in December 2022 when she started at Stewart School. Following that she graduated in February 2024. Since then she has found a passion for the industry! Throughout her career thus far, Kylee has gotten certified in eyelash extensions. And has fallen in love with the world of color and ev...erything blonde! She has such a warm and welcoming demeanor and creates an environment where clients feel so welcomed. Kylee's areas of specialty include men's and women's haircutting, all coloring techniques, and is an eyelash extensions specialist! She particularly excels in Blonding services and lash extensions! Her commitment to the art and integrity of hairdressing, as well as her passion for education and community, shines through in all that she does. Diana received her education at Faust Institute of Cosmetology, and has 12 years of experience behind the chair. While Diana enjoys providing a wide variety of styles and services, she specializes in mens' grooming including beard trims, waxing, foil shaver fades, tapers, and her mens haircut includes a relaxing hot towel treatment. Bryn was born and raised in South Dakota. Bryn has always had a passion for the art of hair, so she chose to pursue her dreams and go to cosmetology school. Bryn graduated from Stewart School in fall of 2023. Bryn is passionate about all things color! She enjoys making people feel great about their hair and loves to build new relationships. When she's not doing hair, she enjoys hanging out with family, spending time with friends, and going to the... lake! Bryn is so excited to build her new clientele!

Emma was born in Sioux Falls, but has lived all over the US growing up. She graduated from Stewart's School in 2023 and began pursuing her passion in empowering women to embrace their own beauty. Emma loves creating custom colors using modern hair and blonding techniques with a hunger for continuing to learn and grow every day. While she loves color corrections and big transformations, her specialty is lived in and effortlessly looking hair.
